Lavinia House
Lavinia House is a lovely, spacious and mature old style Cypriot house that sleeps up to 8 people. In total it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house has been completely renovated and refurbished to a high standard. All the rooms have patio doors leading to a veranda or terrace.
The garden is large and mature with lots of places to sit in the sun or the shade, it has a private swimming pool, pool terrace, patio, veranda and BBQ. The house and garden are very private and not over looked.
Available to rent is the main house, or the self contained cottage, or for larger groups you can rent both parts of the house.
The Main House
The main house has two double bedrooms, including a family bedroom which has two single beds as well as a double bed.
On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen. The lounge has colonial ceiling fans for the hot months and a cast iron pot belly stove for the cooler months, it also has very comfortable sofas and chairs for up to 8 people. There is a double bedroom downstairs, which has built in wardrobes and a dressing table. The super quiet air conditioning allows you to sleep at a comfortble temperature without the noise. The newly refurbished bathroom is modern and has a full room width walk in shower, toilet and wash basin.
The Cottage
The Cottage is a self contained annex. The cottage has it's own front door entering into a traditionally designed hallway. There is a large walk in shower, toilet and wash basin.
The bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing table. The bedroom patio doors open onto the veranda where you have a beautiful sea view.
The kitchen benefits from plenty of worktop space and cupboards, and there is a great view onto the private pool.
